Application Process

TRU LLC Application Process:

TRU LLC and the interested party will communicate via email at tru.trullc@gmail.com. We will share a detailed video tour and begin the pre-qualification process by asking the following questions:

What is your source of income?
What is your total net monthly income?
What is your preferred move-in date?
What is the length of time you expect to say?
How many occupants will be living in the unit?
Do you have any pets or regular visitors?

Important: To respect everyone’s time, we only conduct in-person showings for approved applicants. Our video tours provide a comprehensive view of the property, ensuring you can make an informed decision before applying.

Application Process

Pre-Qualification: Answer the above questions via email.
Application Submission: Complete the online application: CLICK HERE.
Application Review: TRU LLC reviews, vets, and approves your tenancy.
Reference & Income Verification: Applicants must provide:
- Three professional rental references.
- Proof of monthly income (examples: one month’s pay stubs, letter of employment, or a screenshot of a bank account balance).
- Review of past landlord history.
Application Outcome: TRU LLC will notify you of the results.
Lease Agreement & Deposit:
- Upon approval, Innago Property Management System will send an email prompting payment of the deposit and lease agreement completion.
- The first month’s rent must be paid before receiving access to the keys.
- The first month may be prorated, but the last month is not prorated.
Online Tenant Portal Setup:
- Set up automatic rent payments online.
- Use the portal to request maintenance.
- TRU LLC has a skilled maintenance crew to assist with your needs after move-in.
