This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or a traveling professional.

Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1600.00 per month for an individual ($100 extra for a second person) with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 2.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
