The lease options are:
- 6 month minimum stay: $665 per month for single person
Deposit of $500 for 6 month leases of which $100 is non refundable to cover application process and quarterly maintenance visits. - Weekly lease $185.00 per week, 1st 4 weeks paid up front, with a $500 deposit; 1 month minimum stay.
There is no unfurnished option. Pets are not accepted.
All leases and payments are made through Innago; there is a $2 fee per transaction.
