– Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
