Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $795.00 per month for an individual with a $50 application and leasing fee, move-out cleaning fee of $250 with no security deposit and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.

Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
