TRU LLC Application Process:

  1. TRU Properties agent shows the property to tenant.
  2. If interested in renting the property, the interested party completes an application and provides documentation of income to the agent.
  3. The agent checks references and past landlords and lets the applicant know if they check out.
  4. The applicant reads the “Lead in Your Home” brochure (provided below for download).
  5. The applicant pays the deposit at the signing of the lease and the lead-based paint disclosure form.
  6. The applicant pays the first month’s rent or a prorated amount if moving in part-way through the month and receives the keys at the time of move in.
