TRU LLC Application Process:

  1. TRU Properties and interested party communicate via email at tru.trullc@gmail.com; sharing video tour as well as prequalifing by answering the following questions: What is your source of income. what is your total take home income, when are you looking to move and what is length of time you need a place, how many occupants and information on any pets or regular visitors
  2. Agent then shows the property to tenant if possible. TRU LLC agent must give a 24 hour notice to show properties where tenants are still in residence.
  3. To complete the application process please apply online : CLICK HERE
  4. Once TruLLC has reviewed, vetted, and approved your tendency, we will contact you, Innago Property Management System will send you an email prompting you to complete the payment of the deposit and the lease agreement. You will set up automatic payments online as well as request any maintenance during your stay. TruLLC has a helpful and skilled maintenance crew that will take care of your needs after move in.   5. The applicant includes three rental references and proof of monthly income (examples: paystubs from one month or letter of employment, screenshot of bank account)
  6. The agent checks references and past landlords and income verification and let’s applicant know outcome.
  7. The applicant reads the “Lead in Your Home” brochure (provided below for download).
  8. The applicant pays the deposit and first month’s rent via Innago portal at the signing of the lease. The first month’s rent must be paid prior to receiving access to the keys. The first month may be prorated, the last month is not prorated.

In the application, please note the address of the house and the name of the room you would like to rent under heading Please let us know if there is any information you would like to include. Once Point Management has reviewed the information provided they will contact you about signing a lease agreement, as well as help you to get started with their online portal system where you will set up automatic payment online as well as request any maintenance during your stay.
