It also features two enormous walk-in closets, one is the length of the room, with excellent organizational systems. Includes a comfy, oversized recliner and desk in the room as well as a refrigerator and microwave. The apartment will be shared with 2 other tenants. You will share the living room, bathroom, kitchen and sunroom/laundry room. It is located in a two bedroom apartment, walking distance to Highland Park with its massive trees and walking paths as well as walking distance from bus and free trolley stops. The apartment is a little over a mile to downtown Roanoke and the Roanoke River Greenway as well as the Carilion Hospital.

The lease options are:
- Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $750 per month for a single person, with a $100 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500.
- Weekly lease: $200 per week, 4 week minimum stay with the first 4 weeks paid up front, a $100 application and leasing fee as well as the $400 deposit.
All leases and payments are made through Innago; there is a $2 fee per transaction.
There is no unfurnished option. Pets are not accepted.
