The room is quiet with two windows, closet, one dresser, desk and office chair and King size bed. Room door has its own lock with key. The room is in a three bedroom apartment

The lease options for this room are month to month:

4 month minimum stay option, $695 monthly with $500 deposit

3 month minimum stay option at $795 monthly with $500 deposit;

$100 of the deposit is nonrefundable to cover application fees and continual maintenance expenses. There is no unfurnished option. The room is available for one person only. No pets and no children and no smoking inside.
