This room is a luxurious, furnished, all-inclusive room with wood floors, rug, ceiling fan and closet is available only a 5 minute walk to Grandin Village and the Roanoke Greenway. The room is quiet with two windows, closet, one dresser, desk and office chair and King size bed. Room door has its own lock with key. The room is in a three bedroom apartment- 168 square ft.

The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $745.00 per month for one person with the deposit of $500 and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $895.00 per month for one person with the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.

The house & bedroom is completely furnished.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
