The lease options are:

• 3 month minimum stay: $805.00 per month for single person. Deposit of $500 and a $150 leasing and application fee.
• Weekly lease $225.00 per week, 1st 4 weeks paid up front, 1 month minimum stay. Deposit of $400 and a $150 leasing and application fee.
