The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $585.00 per month for one person with the deposit of $500 with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $735.00 per month for one person with the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.

The house & bedroom is completely furnished.
All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us!
