This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional.
The lease options are:
- Month to month lease with a 3 month minimum stay: $1,200.00 per month for a single person with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $600.
- Weekly lease: $325.00 per week, 4 week minimum stay with the first 4 weeks paid up front, a $100 application and leasing fee as well as the $500 deposit.
Pets considered on a case by case basis. An extra $50 a month to rent per pet per month and $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
