This apartment is ideal for someone moving to the area, just starting out on their own, or traveling professional. The month to month lease options are:
– 6 month minimum stay: month to month lease, $977 per month & additional $100 for a second person/ month
– 3 month minimum stay: month to month lease, $1077 per month & additional $100 for a second person/ month
-1 month minimum stay, week to week lease with 1 month paid upfront, $282 weekly, $600 deposit
Deposit of $600 for month to month lease of which $100 is non refundable to cover application process and quarterly maintenance visits.
Pets considered on a case by case basis. An extra $50 a month to rent per pet per month and $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
