For stays of longer than 4 months, rent is month to month and is $665 with 4 month minimum stay with a $500 deposit of which $100 is nonrefundable. There is no unfurnished option. The room is available for one person only. Pets are not accepted. Perfect for traveling nurse. Currently all-female household. This room is available August 1st.
