You have your own private bathroom. It also features two enormous walk-in closets, one is the length of the room, with excellent organizational systems, comfy, oversized recliner and desk in room. The apartment will be shared with 2 other tenants. You will share the living room, kitchen and sunroom/laundry room. It is located in a three bedroom apartment, walking distance to Highland Park with its massive trees and walking paths as well as walking distance from bus and free trolley stops. The apartment is a little over a mile to downtown Roanoke and the Roanoke River Greenway as well as the Carilion Hospital.

The lease options are:
- Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $850.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $500 and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
- Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,000.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
