There is a city bus stop on the same block as the house. The adjoining living room has a tv with netflix, massage chair, recliner chair, desk and spacious closet.

The lease options are:

Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $1,085.00 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $600 and last month’s rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease.
– Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.
Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $1,235.00 per month for an individual with a $150 application and leasing fee as well as the deposit of $500 with a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease.
– Monthly Pet Fee $50 per pet and a $200 non-refundable pet deposit.

The house is completely furnished. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.
